Ho Jaye Phir Us Din Kaa Jo Wada Hai Song Lyrics in English
Ho jaye phir us din kaa jo wada hai
Bolo meree radha kya irada hai
Are bolo bolo janey jahan yeh mauka milata hai kaha
Hay re aao naa yar sharmao naa – (2)
Kho gayee meree chunaree ghar toh janey de
Ban than ke dobara mujhko aane de
Are mai hu teree janey jahan nikal kar jaungee kaha
Hay re janey de, laut kar aane de – (2)
Tune kiya jo bhee dil tha teraa, araman meraa bhee toh nikale jara
Jodu mai hath meree shakal toh dekho, thandee se hai meraa hal bura
Aaja bedardee mausam kee sardee, kar dega dur meree aaho kaa dhuwa
Hay re aao naa, yar sharmao naa – (2)
Kho gayee
Jaisee tu chahe woh bat kahu, din ko bhee tere liye rat kahu
Tum jo kaho toh janee mai bhee tumhe, din men sitare dikhala ke rahu
Tere liye toh yeh dillagee hai, meree toh jan chalee jayegee yaha
Hay re janey de, ya toh mar janey de – (2)
Ho jaye, kho gayee

About the movie – Dhan Daulat
A child, left unattended in a truck, is adopted by it’s drivers, Mangat and Bajirao, and cared for by a woman, Buaji. The child, a male, is named Lucky and grows up street-smart in the city of Bombay. When he attains adult-hood, he meets and falls in love with Shanti, and when he approaches her dad for her hand in marriage, he is humiliated and asked to leave. Lucky swears to win back Shanti and sets about to amass a huge fortune, a fancy car, and a palatial bungalow. When he returns to Shanti’s residence, he is welcomed by her dad, but Shanti refuses to marry him. Lucky also finds himself alienated from Mangat, Bajirao, and Buaji, who are aware that the wealth accumulated by him is through nefarious activities – and his bid to out-do business rival Raj Saxena. Lucky now faces a choice – either fore-go his new-found wealth and friends or forget about Shanti, Mangat, Bajirao, and last but not the least, Buaji – the only person who may know the secret of his parentage.
