Halla Bol from movie Dhan Dhana Dhan Goal – Jaidev and Kavita Bhasin live a middle-classed lifestyle in Southall, England, along with their son, Sunny. During the mid-80s Jaidev was a huge fan of the all-Asian Southall Football Club, and their team was very successful so much so that it generated hatred from opposing mainstream Caucasian teams, who attacked Jaidev and the team’s star player, Tony Singh. This spelled the end of the team, and the ground was then rented out for weddings and birthday parties. Jaidev wanted Sunny to play for Southall, but Sunny believed himself to be British and joined the Aston Football Club. When the time came for selection, Sunny, often referred to as ‘Paki’, was sidelined. Embittered, he joined the Southall Club, and he, and the Captain Shaan Ali Khan, as well as Coach Tony Singh, steered the team to many victories including a place in the semi-finals. Just before Southall team was to play against Gatwick, they get the news that Sunny has flip-flopped again – this time he has switched to another more prestigious Club in exchange for a fancy sports car, a 4 bedroom mansion, a handsome signing amount, and an equally generous weekly allowance – leaving Southall to turn it’s ground over to the Chair of the City Council who wants to demolish it, and build a shopping mall and theme park in it’s place.
Dulha Mil Gaya from movie Dulha Mil Gaya – After the passing of his Trinidad-based father, Surajratan Dhanraj, Casanova Tej is asked by the family solicitor, Vakil, to confirm with his father’s last will – namely that he should not only marry Punjab-based Samarpreet Kapoor but must remain married to her for a period of 10 years – or else the entire estate will be transferred to an association that ensures the welfare of turtles and crabs. Tej and Vakil accordingly travel to Punjab, meet Samarpreet and her family, and the couple get married. Tej returns to Trinidad, mails a cheque every month, refuses to communicate with her, and continues with his lifestyle as though he was never married. He is friendly with a supermodel, Shimmer Canhai, and through her meets a young woman, Sammar Capore, and instantly falls in love with her. He accepts a bet with Shimmer that he will successfully woo and wed Sammar but is in for disappointment when she prefers the company of a male named Jigar. Tej sets out to ruin Jigar’s career.
Kudiyan Shehar Diyan from movie Arjun Pandit – Arjun Dixit is a middle class common man in the vicinity of Bombay. All is well for him until he meets Nisha and subsequently falls head over heels in love with her. She is also attracted to him and he announces that he wants to marry her at any cost. That’s when Nisha shows her true colors and entraps Arjun in a web of deception, which converts this naive, simple-minded, God-fearing person to one of Bombay’s most ruthless and notorious gangsters named Arjun Pandit.

Sajan Mere Satrangiya Rang Rangiya from movie Ek Dana – Daler Mahndi – Singapore-based Nitin Bankar’s education was paid for by his employer, Kuljeet Kaur, and he, after the passing of his father, works as an unpaid maid-chauffeur for her until such time he pays off whatever she had spent. He is in love with gorgeous Anjali Kakkad but her father refuses to give his consent for this alliance. Desperate to get out of this situation, Nitin attempts suicide, albeit in vain, and then cooks up a scheme to abduct Kuljeet’s pet, Mulchand, demand a hefty ransom, and then marry Anjali. He seeks assistance from his equally deadbeat-courier deliveryman, Ram Mishra, who wants to wed tall and pretty Manpreet Oberoi, and both book a room in Pan Pacific Hotel. However, Murphy’s Law and a host of assorted characters get involved – resulting in hilarious and uncontrollable chaos.
Hare Shwet Kesaria from movie Gandhi To Hitler – Chancellor Adolf Hitler assists Azad Hind Fauj, led by Subhas Chandra Bose, which include a group of Indians who are frustrated with the Gandhian manner of non-violence to compel the oppressive British to quit their country. Punjab-based Balbir Singh is one such member of the Fauj, who has left his wife, Amrita, and son, Veer, behind. Ironically, Amrita is a follower of Mohandas Gandhi, and patiently awaits her husband’s return home. Mohandas writes to Adolf, addressing him as ‘dear friend’, imploring him to end the violence. The allies, which include America, Russia, Britain and France close in on the Germans, while Adolf, a little perturbed by defectors, but still in company of many loyal supporters, is determined to continue, and even makes preparations to wed his mistress of 12 years, Eva Braun. Meanwhile Balbir and the rest of the Fauj must risk their lives through treacherous territory, allied soldiers, and quite surprisingly – they themselves – when they end up bickering and fighting with each other.
Ishq Aasaan Hai Jara Karke Dekhiye from movie Bullet (2005) – Intelligence in India is seriously concerned over leaked reports of a massive terrorist attack on January 26th, Independence Day. They assign Agents Bobby and Arjun Singh to infiltrate the terrorists, known to be operating from Sofia, the Capital of Bulgaria. Bobby and Arjun accordingly accept this assignment, but Arjun quits when he finds out that Don Raja, a Bulgarian businessman, who had risen to power as a corrupt Nasik Police Inspector, may be the mastermind behind these terrorist attacks. After resigning, he decides to go after Don Raja on his own as he has a personal score to settle with him, with a bullet in his gun with Raja’s name on it. But the wily Raja is way ahead of Arjun, he soon has him enmeshed in a web of lies and deceit, so much so that Arjun is unable to differentiate as to who is a terrorist, an Indian Agent, or an ordinary civilian, and soon Arjun is himself arrested by the Bulgarian police – as a terrorist suspect. It looks like Don Raja is going to have this way after all.
