Kuchh Kasme Hai Jawan from movie Aankhen (2002) – Vijay Singh Rajput (Amitabh Bachchan) is a quirky manager of Vilasrao Jefferson Bank. Khushbu Mehakana Bhul Jaaye from movie Aaghaaz – Honest, upright, young and handsome Govind Narang falls in love with a young woman named Sudha. Govind also attempts to help hawkers and Sole Traders and so befriends a savior, Ram Shevak and decides to build a market for them in order for them to put up there businesses. Soon it was found out that the plot of land and the owner were fakes and Govind gets all the blame and is called a fraud. He goes with the help of Ram Shevak to find out why he is called names and witnessed his sister being raped openly and he himself is beaten up and badly injured infront of the same residents whom he pitied and try to save. The questions remain: Will Govind ever recover to take revenge on his perpetrators? Will he be granted justice by anyone in Azad Nagar?
Dil Kehta Hai Chal Unase Mil from movie Akele Hum Akele Tum – Rohit Kumar (Aamir Khan) is an aspirant playback singer while Kiran (Manisha Koirala) is a classical singer-in-training, but inside aims to be some thing like Rohit. Some women do it voluntarily to feed their families, some do it for the money, others are forced to live this life as they are unable to rehabilitate themselves. Into this atmosphere of pimps, lusty police officers, drug addicts, single mothers, and prostitutes comes beautiful Kasturibai from Benaras. She does not want to be a mere prostitute but wants to make it big in the call-girl and escort services where she can demand twice as much money. For this purpose, she decides to learn English from a young man named Masterji, who offers to teach her without charging any fees. Subsequently, Masterji and Kasturi fall in love with each other and decide to elope and marry. Helping Kasturi through this time of transition is Madhav, a waiter, who supplies tea, drinks, and snacks to all residents and visitors in this building. He even gets her a red Saree so that she can wear it on her wedding day. He accompanies her and leaves her at the spot where she is to meet with Masterji, and bids her adieu. Then Masterji shows up and it is then Kasturi finds out what his plans for her are – and none of them include married life.

He cheats his mentor Rangaswamy and is about to escape with an unsuspecting Kanta when Rangaswamy and his men catch up with him and Rangaswamy reveals to Kanta the true identity of Kishan, Kanta is stunned and tries to run away, Kishan captures her and expresses his love for her. He defies everyone and forces her to accept him. She says that she will die but will never accept him. Finally Kishan hatches a plan to leave Bombay but Rangaswamy bails out Ramgulam from the prison and he comes to claim. Kanta Rangaswamy has his own design and Kishan is mad for Kanta.
